What is the difference between Keep Moving Club and Lifetime Camps?

Q: What is the difference between Keep Moving Club and Lifetime Camps?

A: Lifetime Camps keep track of all Camps for the entire Membership duration, including multiple Camps (in-gym and On Demand, within a single day). Keep Moving Club counts only one Camp per day, whether in-gym or On Demand. Keep Moving Club resets every calendar year on January 1st. 

The categories below count towards both Lifetime Camps and Keep Moving Club, after a 10-minute minimum viewing duration. Videos in these categories that have a duration of less than 10 minutes will not count.

  2. Knockout
  3. Live
  4. Motherhood
  5. Motion
  6. Partner Workouts
  7. Quick Camps
  8. Road Trip
  9. Versus
  10. Recovery: Stretching
  11. Recovery: Foam Rolling
  12. Form University
  13. Athlete Games*

*Not all Athlete Games workouts are longer than 10 minutes, but by nature represent the core features of Camp. 


The below categories do NOT count toward Lifetime Camps or Keep Moving Club.

  3. Super Finishers
  4. Core/Pelvic Floor
