Q: How is my Keep Moving Club number calculated in the Burn app?

A: The Burn Boot Camp app counts one workout per day, whether in the gym or through On Demand. We count in-gym Camps (both at your home gym and cross-regional visits), Live Camps and On Demand videos within certain categories or duration. If a user watches a video that is longer than 10 minutes, the user must watch at least 10 minutes for it to get counted for Keep Moving Club. 

The below categories count towards Keep Moving Club, after a 10-minute minimum viewing duration. Videos in these categories that have a duration of less than 10 minutes will not count. 

  1. Burst
  2. Knockout
  3. Live
  4. Motherhood
  5. Motion
  6. Partner Workouts
  7. Quick Camps
  8. Road Trip
  9. Versus
  10. Recovery: Stretching
  11. Recovery: Foam Rolling
  12. Form University 
  13. Athlete Games*

*Not all Athlete Games workouts are longer than 10 minutes, but by nature represent the core features of Camp. 

The below categories do NOT count toward Keep Moving Club.

  1. Mental Strength
  2. Kids Camp
  3. Super Finishers
  4. Core/Pelvic Floor
