Q: How can I delete my data?

A: Go to 

Log into your account using your email and password. 

Click on the your name tab in the top right corner and select Profile from the drop down menu.  

From the left hand menu, click on Preferences. Click on Manage data preferences under the data options section.  

This will lead you to this screen. Click on Data Options next to Communication Preferences and update your preferences.
