Follow the steps below to disconnect your Facebook from your Mindbody account:
- Start by opening a new web browser on a desktop/laptop computer.
- Start a private/incognito browser session.
- Navigate to https://account.mindbodyonline.com/
- Click the Facebook icon to sign in using Facebook.
- Once logged in, find the section that says "Connected with Facebook" and click “Disconnect”
1. Why do I need to use a computer instead of a phone?
Mindbody's account management features work best on a desktop browser. Some settings, including the option to disconnect Facebook, are not be accessible on the mobile version of the site or through the Mindbody app.
2. Why should I use a private/incognito browser session?
Using a private/incognito browser session ensures that cached data, stored cookies, and automatic logins do not interfere with the process. This helps prevent login errors and ensures you're seeing the latest version of the site.
3. How do I open a private/incognito browser session?
